We will be playing flag football.

We will be teaching running, blocking, passing, and receiving skills almost exclusively.

The first session will be next Monday from 6-7:30 PM at Ossian Hall Park in Annandale.

Robert Meadows and Staff will run the practice.

Wednesday at 6 PM is the next practice.
