Developmental League

The K-1st thru 2nd-3rd grade leagues are developmental and emphasis is placed on developing fundamental skills. All interested applicants will be placed on a team and are guaranteed equal playing time. All games will be played on Saturdays from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Practices are one weeknight from 6:00-7:30 near Annandale, Falls Church, Alexandria depending on the coach's choice of day and school gym.

House League

The House League is for 4th grade thru 8th grade and is a competitive league where scores and standings are maintained. The leagues play an end of season tournament with trophies awarded. All interested applicants will be placed on a team and are guaranteed playing time, usually a minimum of one quarter each half. All games will be played on Saturdays from 9:00am - 5:30pm. Practices are one weeknight from 7:30-9:00 near Annandale, Falls Church, Alexandria depending on the coach's choice of day and school gym.

Our high school leagues are very competitive as a number of varsity level players participate each year. Anyone who registers and then makes a high school freshman, junior varsity or varsity team will receive a full refund. Games will be played either on Saturdays from 3:00pm - 6:00pm or Sunday's from 12:00 - 4:00pm. Practices are one weeknight from 7:30-9:00 near Annandale, Falls Church, Alexandria depending on the coach's choice of day and school gym.
