Honoring 45+ Years of Service: The Passing of Helen Crum
Remembering Helen Crum

It is with profound sadness and immense gratitude that we announce the passing of our legendary Rec Soccer Commissioner, Helen Crum, on the morning of Monday, May 4th.
Helen was not just a volunteer; she was the heart of ABGC. For more than 45 years, she dedicated herself to coaching and organizing the ABGC soccer program. For over 41 of those years, Helen served as our Lead Commissioner, devoting her life to the children and families of our community.
From organizing schedules to mentoring young athletes, Helen’s influence has been a constant thread running through our club for decades. Her dedication was unwavering, and her love for the game was only matched by her love for this community.
We will be honoring Helen’s lifetime of service with a moment of silence before games this weekend, on Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th.
Please keep Helen’s family and friends in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. She will be greatly missed.
