The Annandale Boys & Girls Club (ABGC) is looking for a Head Coach for our 5th–6th Grade Boys Recreational Basketball Team.

This is a hands-on, high-impact volunteer role where you’ll help young athletes build skills, confidence, and teamwork without the pressure of a hyper-competitive environment. The focus is on development, sportsmanship, and keeping kids excited about the game.

You don’t need prior coaching experience,just reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to lead. ABGC provides support, structure, and league coordination so you can focus on the fun part: coaching.
