Evans Scores First Pro Goal

On a day when Orlando Pride welcomed one of the world's most talented players, it was not Marta who stole the show, but instead Colorado Rush product Danica Evans! The first year player from the University of Colorado scored in the 86th minute to earn the 1-1 draw with Washington Spirit. The goal was the quintessential Danica goal, combining balance, explosiveness, creativity and ultimately a calm, collected finish. See the Goal below; not a bad first goal to start a career. Congratulations Danica!
