Coach & Player Passes (Travel Program)

ALL Travel Coaches

ALL Travel Coaches MUST complete the required background clearances.  If you are a bench coach on game days, you will NOT receive your Coach Pass without these clearances.  Many coaches still have not registered with EPYSA.

Please complete the following registrations/clearances ASAP if you have not done so already:

EPYSA Risk Management (REQUIRED YEARLY – make sure you select Blue Mountain SC and the current year (2017-2018) when registering):  https://www.youthleaguesusa.com/epys/17-18/RiskManagement.html

ALL NEW Travel Coaches need to provide a coach photo (jpg format) for their Coach Pass.  Please email them to [email protected].  You will not receive a Coach Pass without a photo.

NEW Travel Players

All NEW Travel Players need to provide a player photo and birth certificate (both in jpg format) for their game-day Player Passes.  Please email them to [email protected].  Players will not receive a Player Pass without these.
