On-line spring registration is open till August 15th 2015! 

Missed - Registration?

On-line registration for Fall/Spring 2015/16 is open!  The fall season is tentatively slated to start the third weekend of September.

Returning players: Submit one copy of the registration forms (including the concussion form) and payment ($135) (pay online or by check made payable to Trumbull AYSO)

New players: Submit one copy of the registration forms (including the concussion form), payment ($135) (pay online or by check made payable to Trumbull AYSO) AND a copy of the child's birth certificate and proof of residency (bill, license, field card)

YOU may mail your paperwork to: PO Box 110574, Trumbull, CT 06611.  Your registration is NOT complete until your paperwork and payment is received.

After August 15, all children will be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you after September 1 if room becomes available.

Attn: Parents of players under the age 3 as of August 1, 2015: If you are registering your child for our U4 program, please input their YOB so that they appear to be a year older, otherwise the system will not allow you to register.  We will go in and manually override the birth date once you email us.
